We had the pleasure of hosting an exceptional collaboration with Meta. The highlight of the event was the bespoke multi-course tasting menu co-created by Chef Ricardo and Chef Sun Kim, which exemplified their culinary synergy and celebrated their respective Latin American and Korean backgrounds. We were honoured to welcome Chef Sun and the Meta team to our kitchen and were grateful for their contribution to the event’s success.
