    COA x MONO

    MONO celebrated its 5th-anniversary in collaboration with one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars to present MONO’s Unplugged XI Series.

    Chef Ricardo and Jay Khan’s showcased Latin American heritage through the unique menu and specially crafted cocktails unveiled at the event. This experience allowed us to push boundaries and share the rich flavours of Latin America with a global audience.     POTONG x MONO “SOUL OF ELEMENTS”

    Experience a unique culinary collaboration between Chef Pam of Potong restaurant and Chef Ricardo of MONO restaurant, where creativity and diversity come together and take center stage.

    Drawing from their distinct backgrounds and personal stories, they have crafted a one-of-a-kind dining experience that merges the bold flavors of Thai Chinese and Latin American cuisine. This exceptional fusion offers guests a journey through diverse cultures, ingredients, and dishes, celebrating the artistry of both chefs in every unique creation.

    Florilège x MONO

    Similarly-minded masterful chefs Chef Ricardo and Chef Hiroyasu Kawate from Tokyo's Michelin two-starred restaurant Florilège blended their approaches to sustainable and French gastronomy to unveil the flavours of Latin America.

    Mérito x MONO

    A truly elegant evening at MONO where we traversed the magnificent landscape of Peruvian gastronomy. Our own Chef Ricardo and Chef Juan Luis from Peru’s Mérito crafted a menu that showcased Latin America’s cuisine, culture, and creativity.

    Having Chef Alberto from Oteque stopped by on his “Solo Tour of Asia” at MONO was a great honour, and we’re grateful for his invaluable contribution and joining Chef Ricardo in a presentation of gastronomic innovation inspired by nature's bounty.

    Meta x MONO

    We had the pleasure of hosting an exceptional collaboration with Meta. The highlight of the event was the bespoke multi-course tasting menu co-created by Chef Ricardo and Chef Sun Kim, which exemplified their culinary synergy and celebrated their respective Latin American and Korean backgrounds.
